The Law Office of Dustin N. Stacy, conveniently located in downtown Boone,
North Carolina, provides legal advice and representation for a wide variety
of real estate matters including; commercial and residential closings, land
title searches, easements, rights of way, development issues, restrictions
and other real estate documents. Ninety-five percent of the practice
is devoted to real estate law. Our office serves Ashe, Avery, Caldwell
and Watauga counties. Dustin
N. Stacy received his certification as a specialist in Real Property Law in
the fall of 2010. As of January 2011, he is one of approximately 65
attorneys in the state of North Carolina to be certified as a Real Property
specialist.
Since 2001, our law office has averaged
handling over 500 closings per year. We take pride knowing that the majority
